    • Appetizer with salami, capocollo, provolone, salted ricotta, casatiello, aubergine
      roast, carrots, bruschetta with Piennolo cherry tomatoes
    • First course of homemade spaghetti with Piennolo tomatoes and basil
    • Neapolitan pastiera dessert (traditionally made with ricotta, wheat and
      candied fruit) accompanied by Passito Bianco IGT or Grappa or Apricot Distillate.
