- Onboard Restrictions & Luggage: Smoking, eating, or drinking (water only), and unaccompanied minors are strictly prohibited. Due to limited space on the minibus, large luggage, bulky bags, or strollers are not allowed.
- Accessibility: The tour is not wheelchair accessible. Infant seats are unavailable.
- Pets and Recommendations: Pets (including service animals) are not permitted on the shared tour. Guests with pets or small children are strongly advised to book the private tour option or use a baby carrier/backpack.
- Health & Safety (COVID-19 Protocol): We maintain strict protocols to ensure customer safety. Vehicles are fully sanitized between services, drivers wear protective gear and are separated by a shield, and hand sanitizer/temperature checks are provided before boarding.
- If you have not already specified, you MUST advise supplier as soon as possible your Ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and departure time so that appropriate arrangements can be made
