  Il tour deve partire nell'orario che avete scelto. Si raccomanda la massima puntualità: se il ritardo supera i 15 minuti, il tour sarà cancellato per no-show e non verrà rimborsata nessuna somma.
• Come riconoscere lo Skipper Enzo:
  Indosserà: cappello, polo bianca con la scritta Waves of Capri, occhiali da sole, costume e ciabatte.
• Comunicazioni e Contatti:
  Dopo la prenotazione riceverai un messaggio su Viator con informazioni utili. Almeno un giorno prima del tour (o lo stesso giorno), verrai contattato da Enzo sul numero di telefono fornito. Ti chiediamo di tenere il telefono acceso e di scaricare l'app WhatsApp per comunicare direttamente con lo skipper al +39 347 342 5557(i messaggi su Viator non notificano Enzo in tempo reale).
  In caso di ritardo, contatta sempre in anticipo Enzo su WhatsApp. A causa del traffico marittimo e delle operazioni di ormeggio, potrebbero verificarsi piccoli ritardi anche da parte nostra: in tal caso verrete avvisati.

• How to recognize Skipper Enzo:
  He will be wearing: a hat, a white polo shirt with the Waves of Capri logo, sunglasses, swimwear, and slippers.
• Communication and Contacts:
  After booking, you will receive a message on Viator with useful information. At least one day before the tour (or on the day itself), Enzo will contact you on the provided phone number. Please keep your phone turned on and download WhatsApp to communicate directly with the skipper at +39 347 342 5557(messages on Viator do not notify Enzo in real time).
  In case of any delay, always contact Enzo in advance via WhatsApp. Due to maritime traffic and mooring operations, minor delays may occasionally occur on our end as well: if so, you will be notified.
